When we arrived, the reception staff told us we had to pay a 200k rupiah deposit, which was not mentioned on any website. After arguing for a while, they agreed not to charge the deposit, but then we were told to pay an additional 160k rupiah for bed linen cleaning because it had a slight betadine stain. The room was basic but acceptable. The bathroom had hair and cockroaches floating in the toilet. The key‑card system was unreliable. The location was somewhat isolated if you’re looking to do sightseeing.
