1. You can enjoy the sea view from the bedroom 2. Street parking with many empty spots. 3. You find everything you need in the room. 4. The bed is comfortable. 5. The room is clean. 1. When I walked into the living room, I noticed a mouldy smell. Maybe the ventilation system in the living room isn’t very good. 2. I’m not sure I want to open the bathroom window, because once I open it, insects might fly in

The room offers a great view, and the steep streets nearby were a good workout. The studio apartment is a bit far from the city, though it’s not too far from the Otago Peninsula.

The location is nice and it didn’t disturb the people in the house. The entrance is steep.
