“Nice simple clean and tidy hotel. Nice Onsen and staff, just needs few minor improvements to improve.”

The spot is good for skiing and close to the villages of Happo and Echoland. The indoor shoes were too small for most western men with feet over size 9. Wi‑Fi was spotty, social areas closed at 6:30pm except for the onsen, and breakfast was cold because it wasn’t heated properly; a microwave would help, and items were not cleared away until 8am even though breakfast ran until 8:30pm, so the waffle machine and mix were unavailable. A drying room for ski clothes would be better than using the bedrooms, and the onsen should have one cold pool instead of three hot pools all at the same temperature.

“Happy happo”

The location was excellent, the staff were very attentive, and the hotel was spotless. The onsen was relaxing after a day on the slopes, and the happy hour from 4‑6 was great—I’ll be back again. The pillows were too soft, but otherwise everything was perfect.

“A great stay - location was good - onsen was fab and the morning breakfast was good.”

The location was very good, close to both Happo Village and Echoland, making it easy to walk there for evening meals. The ski shuttle bus to 47 starts outside the hotel, which was convenient when the resort had the best snow. Advice on where to rent equipment could have been clearer; the hotel’s own gear was suggested but we were told to go elsewhere, and the service at that place was poor with faulty fitting. We were also led to believe the hotel offered evening meals, which turned out not to be true.
