The facilities are decent. The front‑desk staff were poorly helpful, angry or otherwise irritable, and there was no welcome drink. They charged for a bowl of soup for almost 30,000 units for half an hour, which feels excessive. There was no coffee maker in the room, drinks in the pool were served in plastic cups with bad plastic bottles. All of this is in relation to the nightly price, which is high. We requested room service and were given only a cutlery set with napkins, no plate. The staff need training.
