The place is in a good spot and the property manager kindly gave us a full refund, yet the room looked dusty and dingy, with dust on most surfaces, a ripped curtain, and paint peeling off the ledges.

This historic charmer had a great atmosphere for escaping the hustle, a unique tub, and a perfect location, but the shower water wasn’t very hot and the settee could use a refresh.

The design and décor show so much effort, the room is large and my wife adored the enormous bath, and the location is perfect with everything steps away from the front door—no issues recommending this place for a stay in Fredericksburg.
