The organization and cleanliness were very good.

I liked the location, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the bed comfort, and overall the staff; a few reception folks could use more training to handle common hotel situations more efficiently. On the 15th floor I had a smoker nearby the elevator, and the cigarette smoke was unbearable, especially during cleaning times.
