I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and honest, even offering to return my lost phone. However, I encountered some issues with pests, as there were many cockroaches and ants in the room. The low bed height made it difficult for me to get up, especially as a senior, and the bathroom floor was slippery due to a lack of proper preparation.
