“Agradable”

The service and the room are great because it’s spacious, but the shower didn’t work well and we never got hot water. We showered daily with lukewarm water.

Nothing positive to say. The location was bad, the room smelled of mold, was dusty, sweltering hot and had no air‑conditioning, and getting into the hotel was a nightmare.

The hotel sits in a great little enclave surrounded by trees and greenery, and the facilities are decent with clean sheets and towels. Unfortunately, the common areas are neglected and dirty, full of cobwebs and dust, and the rooms urgently need humidity control, fresh paint and repairs—the shower tray was cracked at the bottom, flooding the bathroom floor each time. The breakfast was terrible, offering supermarket sliced bread and industrial pastries. Staff showed a lack of care, often forgetting towels, running out of gel, and even missing plates during breakfast service. In short, the photos online don’t match reality at all, which is a shame because the setting could have been a pleasant holiday spot.

The location is charming and the place itself has a lot of character, but the lack of air conditioning was a downside.
