The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms gorgeous, clean, and quiet. The spa was lovely, though I think two hours is too short; I'd recommend at least three hours and a second evening slot. The aperitif was very good, and the buffet breakfast was fabulous. We’ll definitely return next time.

The location is ideal, just a few kilometers from the faggots and nature trails. The building is new and well‑maintained, and the breakfast is great. The restaurant service could be improved: the waiters seemed a bit out of place, and we had to wait a long time for the menu, which should be handed out immediately after seating. For the price and target audience, I expect flawless service and more attention to guests at the table.

The room was very comfortable and the location good. The bar fridge was empty and there was no room service after 10 pm. A solution was offered for the inconvenience during dinner.

The hotel exceeded our expectations: well renovated and comfortable, a rare find in Livata where hotels are usually outdated. Livata is a lovely place with wonderful nature and deserves a high‑level facility. Breakfast and dinner were good. However, the sauna was too warm to use, and the wellness centre could be better managed to allow guests to use it at their convenience; on weekends it’s hard to find a spot. Outdoor activities like hikes could be organized by the hotel to offer an internal sports/exploration service; currently everything is outsourced, but the hotel is young and will improve.
