The hotel was very enjoyable. The room was spacious, with a table and chairs for meals and a large fridge. Umbrellas were provided in the room, which came in handy. There were no odors, and the staff were very friendly. A big plus is the free water cooler. The breakfast was a bit bland, but it’s worth the price.

After staying at another hotel for three nights in Pattaya, I found Kokotel much more appealing. The AC was cool, it’s close to the main attractions, the room was clean, Wi‑Fi was good, the TV worked well, and the room was larger. The breakfast was great. I’m not usually negative when satisfied, so I can’t think of anything bad; they did a good job overall.

The room was good, the staff were friendly and smiling. Parking was a bit limited, but side parking was available and the security kept an eye on things.

Parking was quite limited, making it hard to find space for large cars. We booked a total of 7 rooms for 10,300++ and included breakfast for every room (though we didn’t eat breakfast because we had a wedding early). The booking listed two single‑bed options: Eco and King size, about 300+ apart. We booked three of the Eco type, got two as booked, and the third turned out to be a King with a different décor. The room had a front‑door cart for housekeeping that was parked right outside, with no storage zone. I called the number listed in the booking but received no change; the reception said the rooms were identical in size, just decorated differently, which is questionable. I chose the higher‑priced room expecting the style shown in the photo, but it didn’t match. No explanation or apology was offered. In the morning, everyone gathered for breakfast (though I never saw it). Everyone said the bowls were ready but there was nothing to eat—no appealing dishes, even the fried eggs seemed left to cool and then microwaved. I’ve stayed at many hotels and never experienced such a letdown before.

The bed was comfortable, and the hotel provided extra items that were handy. I especially liked the glass water bottle that could be refilled at the water dispenser, a great way to cut plastic waste. Parking was a bit limited.
