I think its run by a family. The surrounding area is very energetic suspected due to huge body of water surrounding it. Nice for healing expecially if trying to get way from busy and hectic life style. The GPS location is somewhat not accurate. It took sometime after asking people for the correct location. Just imagine if you traveling in the middle of the night.you re lost
