San Agustin Monasterio de la Recoleta

“שהייה נפלאה.”

The hotel was the best we stayed at on our trip, providing a calm ambiance and good breakfast; the on‑site restaurant was very high quality, and we chose to dine there, finding the food delicious. The staff were courteous and helpful. We joined a tour through the hotel at a very fair price, and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. In short, the hotel is perfect and I highly recommend it. Thanks to the staff for their wonderful and courteous service. There is nothing to improve; it is flawless.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and prompt; the facilities were excellent, cozy, picturesque, with heating and hot water, and the transport service was fast and safe. The bar service closed early, but the restaurant stayed open until 10 pm.

“Wonderful boutique hotel in former monastery”

A great boutique hotel in a former monastery with a fantastic vibe; our room faced the old courtyard that spans two levels, and there is seating in their gardens for relaxation. The breakfast was solid. The staff were unresponsive when we asked about tours and airport transfer, although they were friendly when we were there. The hotel is about a 15‑20 minute walk to the Urumbamba center.

“Una agradable sorpresa, superando expectativas”

The convent’s transformation into a hotel is excellent, similar to what Spain does with Paradores de Turismo, with all the details; the breakfast and dining service were good. More information about activities could be provided, such as the local market held several days a week.
