Hostal Residencia Nicolau, a cozy guest house in San Antonio, sits five minutes from Caló d’es Moro Beach and 700 m from the harbor. Air‑conditioned rooms, some with balconies, feature tiled floors, plasma TVs, and private bathrooms with hairdryers. The Sunset Strip, cafés, and coves are within walking distance, while Ibiza Town is a 25‑minute drive.

Location is fine, but the reception guy was very rigid and not very friendly.

The room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily, the air‑conditioning worked properly, and it’s close to everything.

The staff are kind and friendly and the room is great if you just need a basic base to stay that’s well located.
