The place is beautiful. It was clean.

We arrived at the airport after a taxi ride, expecting to check‑in as the app said our reservation was confirmed, but the front desk was empty. A quick call revealed that every room was supposedly booked and our reservation had been overwritten. I had cancelled the first booking for free, re‑booked when my plans changed, and was told it was all set—yet there was no room for us when we got there.
