I liked how close the place was to shops and restaurants, but the staff member Emanuel was very rude and treated us poorly, which left a very embarrassing first impression; also, the pool area is nice but lacks a bathroom, so kids and teens probably won’t leave the pool to use the restroom, which needs fixing for better privacy outside the room.

Manoel was friendly and attentive at check‑in, and Pedro and Guilherme at reception quickly sorted a small problem we had; breakfast was excellent and the hotel overall is great, though the room is a bit tight but still very comfortable.

I traveled with my son and specifically requested two beds; a confirmation email was sent, yet when we arrived at 10 pm the room was tiny and had only one bed, and nothing was offered to resolve the issue or find another room.

Ótima localização e café da manhã. Achei as paredes do quarto meio sujas,tinha uma garrafa de água pela metade no freezer e não tinha o QR vide do restaurante no quarto. Achei a iluminação fraca
