The front‑desk ladies were very attentive and friendly, yet the person who handed us the room was not helpful, didn’t give us directions or the keys, and was rather rude; the restaurant also seemed very disorganized.

I liked the facilities and the location, but the breakfast was disappointing: they only offered coffee, chocolate, or juice, and no fruit; if you choose juice, they don’t serve coffee or chocolate.
