“HANA HOTELに宿泊が目的で　花園に行ってます”

This was my second stay at Second Inn HANA HOTEL and the rates remained reasonable; even a twin room felt like a double, the on‑site hot spring was a treat, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, leaving me completely satisfied. When I visited the flower garden in Fukaya I’ll definitely book HANAHOTEL again, and I also enjoyed the ice service on the third floor this time—thanks. The fridge in my room was turned off, so it took ages to cool the food I’d brought, which was disappointing; it would be better if the fridge stayed on. Also, the mirrored shelf above the fridge was covered in fingerprints, which was another let‑down.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, breakfast tasty, the onsen great, parking free, and the location convenient, with no complaints.

The rooms were spotless, and the twin‑to‑double‑bed setup was fantastic, plus the onsen was great. The breakfast offered a lot of side dishes, which was pleasant, but the sausages were not tasty at all, and that was the only drawback.

Everything from the bathrooms onward was spotless and tidy, the breakfast was delicious, and the large public bath felt clean and pleasant; however, I’m a non‑smoker and was placed in a smoking room because no non‑smoking rooms were free, and the moment I stepped out of the elevator the whole floor reeked of tobacco, the room was deodorised enough to manage, but even the towel in the bathroom still smelled of smoke.
