The spot is spot‑on – you’re right in the middle of everything. Unfortunately the housekeeping left a lot to be desired and the pool was so dirty we couldn’t even get in. They blamed it on low season and the lack of guests, which felt like a weak excuse.

Overall a very good place, but the area around the pool could have been kept cleaner; it was noticeable every time we walked by.

The staff really went above and beyond – Carlos at reception and Cosme in the restaurant were friendly, attentive, and always trying to fix any hiccups. On the flip side, the Wi‑Fi was dead in the rooms all week, even when we stood right next to the restaurant router, so I couldn’t do any work. One of the triple rooms didn’t have a wardrobe, so we had to leave clothes on the floor until we swapped to a tiny double with a small closet.

Nice little pousada with a lovely walk‑to‑the‑beach access, but the rooms feel a bit cramped.

The place is right by the sea, which is a big plus, yet the upper‑floor rooms suffered from a busted water system – we went three days out of six without any water. That definitely needs fixing ASAP.
