The location was great and the owner was very nice. We do have to admit that Maria, the cleaning lady, was very nice, but as a couple on a romantic vacation, it was definitely awkward having someone walking around our private pool/porch from 2‑5 PM every day. We think they should offer some sort of “do not disturb” option. There was also a lot of construction. The island is beautiful and the unit is modern, but it definitely isn’t a private getaway place.

I was thrilled with our stay at Ostria Vento; the room was stunning and roomy, and Pollonia’s beach and eateries were just a short stroll away. The real highlight was the warm, helpful hostess and staff who helped plan our days, supplied beach umbrellas, offered recommendations, and genuinely ensured we had everything we needed. We felt completely taken care of!
