The mattress was good, the building had character and had been thoughtfully renovated, and it felt secure. It sits on a noisy, tacky tourist road, with street traffic and internal lighting that woke us up each morning because the door wasn’t sealed; it opened right onto the reception desk. The cleaning was lacking and toiletries were scarce. It markets itself as a B&B but offers no breakfast.

The property’s location is great for exploring Palermo’s old quarter and lively streets. Even though it’s off a busy road, the noise level was acceptable. The only drawback was the shower’s poor drainage, which nearly flooded the bedroom floor.

The facility is excellent, centrally located and very convenient to all services, attractions, and public transport. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The efficient, quiet air‑conditioning was essential during our stay. The assigned room had frescoes and very high ceilings. I’d definitely choose this spot again for either work or leisure in Palermo.

The design is beautiful and chic, the spot is central, and the facilities are high‑class with good light blocking on the windows. The owner was very pleasant, responsive, and helpful on WhatsApp. The street was very crowded at night and some noise seeped through the closed windows.
