The neighborhood is packed with restaurants, green spots, and the metro station Alameda is just a stone’s throw away. I had a private bathroom in my room and the ventilation was good, making it a solid choice for a one‑ or two‑night stay in Lisbon. The beds were a bit uncomfortable; the bed frames and mattresses might need replacing. Cleaning was average, with a touch of mildew in the shower corners, and you could hear other guests coming and going quite a lot.

The place sits in a great spot. The room, however, lacks a mirror and the kitchenette could use a bit more organization.

The location is good, staff respond quickly, and the room was clean and in decent condition. Early in the morning, however, the noise was excessive. I was woken by sounds in the hallway, other rooms, and the kitchen, which is right next to mine. A child was constantly shouting and talking loudly throughout the house, and the isolation was not great, worsening the situation.

“No es tan bueno como dicen”

The proximity to the metro, a supermarket right across the main avenue, sound‑proof windows, and overall good connectivity were positives. But the hotel lies through a lie about its facilities: there’s no kitchen, no hair dryer, and I paid extra for a “king‑size extra‑large” bed that turned out to be a standard double bed (and you’re charged $25 more for a bed that doesn’t exist). The owner lets guests who can be noisy until 5 am (often from India) without filtering them, and he doesn’t intervene even when you report the noise. The neighbors complain, yet the host has no guest policies. I couldn’t sleep past 5 am on the only weekend I had free and rented this place temporarily to rest.

Excelente localização! A estação de metro de Alameda fica literalmente a poucos passos do alojamento, o que torna as deslocações pela cidade muito fáceis. Gostei muito da estadia e, no geral, superou as minhas expectativas. O quarto era bom, com um nível de conforto razoável, sobretudo tendo em conta o preço. Considero que oferece uma excelente relação qualidade/preço. O anfitrião foi muito simpático e todo o processo de check-in foi simples e tranquilo. Foi uma experiência muito positiva e certamente voltarei a ficar aqui numa próxima oportunidade. Recomendo!. Como pontos a melhorar, considero que a toalha deveria estar disponível no quarto à chegada, o que não aconteceu. A nível pessoal, também prefiro roupa de cama branca, pois transmite uma maior sensação de limpeza e conforto
