“BENE BENE anzi BENISSIMO”

Mrs. Federica was incredibly helpful, both with service and information, and her friendliness was unique; the place sits centrally and the parking pass from the property (we were lucky to always find it right under the house) made it easy; the beach at Fondi has a convenient lifeguard station with parking and is about 15–20 minutes away; in the garden we could unwind in the evenings with cold dinners prepared in the adjacent kitchenette (fridge, kettle, coffee machine provided); all in all, everything was excellent, even superb!

Excellent communication, courtesy and hospitality; the owner assists guests from before arrival through the whole stay, personally handling breakfast which is always plentiful and tasty and served in the garden; the rooms, finished with all comforts, feel like small family-run hotels rather than typical B&Bs; it’s just a few meters from Caetani Castle in Fondi’s historic center, which, in terms of beauty, shops and services, can’t be outdone by the perhaps more famous and nearby Sperlonga; the sea is reachable via convenient roads in no more than 10–15 minutes by car; it offers a varied coastline with free beaches and equipped lifeguard stations; a wonderful stay, God willing we’ll return, often.

With an excellent location on a quiet street but just steps from the baronial castle, the property, skillfully renovated, spans several levels; the room has every comfort and the bed is very comfortable; the breakfast served outdoors in the garden is lovely and abundant; the host Federica is very kind in giving many tips on beaches and restaurants in the area and is very willing to meet guests’ requests; nothing to add.
