It was centrally located near everything we needed, easy to get on and off the highway, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, but the place felt a bit rough around the edges: the carpet in our room was coming loose where it met the tile, the toilet/shower area was separated from the sink, and a larger, fully enclosed bathroom would have been preferable.

We skipped breakfast there because everyone wanted to go to Cracker Barrel, which was just around the corner; the price was reasonable and we liked the hot water and showerhead, but the bathtub was slanted and showering was risky since there were no grab bars to catch a fall—there were only bars for getting in and out of the tub, and the whole building had a musty, moldy odor even though we didn't spot any mold.

Jordan at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating; he delivered high‑end service even though the stay was budget. The sofa‑bed mattress was a bit tattered and looks like it isn’t turned often.
