The room on the 15th floor was simply fantastic with a wonderful view of the Tagus River. I got an upgrade, they brought a little fruit and some sweets with a mini bottle of Port wine, and the room had a fantastic desk by the huge window.

The location is excellent. I couldn’t enjoy breakfast. I didn’t like the lack of concierge/portier services (someone who could help carry the luggage at check‑in and check‑out).

I was blown away by how complete everything was and the staff were incredibly attentive.

Walking to the train was a breeze, and we were on a high floor that offered an amazing view of the water; the breakfast in the morning was wonderful!
