The place is in a good spot, but we ended up in a tiny room even though larger ones were available.

The staff finally let me leave right away and gave me a partial refund, but the bathroom was in awful condition with exposed wires near the heater. The room felt dirty, old, and rundown, and the floor was made of old tiles. The lobby was dim and smelled bad. A connecting door at the back was opened from the outside, which scared my wife and kids. When I asked to check out, the front desk tried to offer me another room that already had a tenant and had better furnishings and flooring. I refused and moved to a nearby hotel, The Lalit, which was much better. The whole experience felt unsafe and unpleasant, so I would not stay here again.
