The hotel’s location right by the station made it very comfortable and the staff were courteous. However, when they scanned my driver’s licence for identity verification, the screen displayed someone else’s licence, which feels like a breach of personal data and left me worried that my own information might be exposed.

Large room with perfect location, direct access to the outdoors, relatively quiet. Nothing negative.

The place offered plenty of facilities and a spacious room, so my family of five could relax nicely, and being close to the station made everything super convenient; we’ll definitely come back when we visit Osaka again. There were no complaints at all.
