The facilities were gorgeous and the service was spot on; we slept like babies and I’d highly recommend this place. There were no disappointments at all.

I appreciated the playful décor and the walk‑in shower, and the beds were very comfortable while the hotel’s toiletries were wonderful; the restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful. However, having to sign up for a new app just to get my valet‑parked car when leaving was inconvenient and clumsy, and the overall valet customer service felt unwelcoming and unhelpful, especially at $40 a night, which seemed somewhat unreasonable.

The hotel should provide soap and replace towels if you’re going to take them; the valet was also understaffed.

The ambiance, beds and bedding, cleanliness, and on‑site restaurants and bar were all excellent.
