It takes a long walk to reach the restaurant or the pool, and the uphill and downhill path is tiring; the route to the room isn’t clearly marked.

The golf course was excellent.

There was plenty of beautiful art, and the villas were spacious and well equipped for privacy, with a lovely spa and good massages; the golf courses were great and stayed green even during the heatwave. However, the food was disappointing— even the so‑called fine dining was let down, and the best meals were at the clubhouse. Breakfast in the villa featured powdered, disgusting, inedible scrambled eggs, so we skipped it and ate out instead, except for lunch at the golf clubhouse which was lovely.
