NOTHING. First, it was not clear that the family cottage has no kitchen facilities. I booked 3 room for 12 pax, I asked if we can use the kitchen, "the answer was they can provide". there was no direct mention that we are not allowed to cook. There was no single apologise form the staff all he said that he will inform the management! Late night, he said that they will allow us to have our food cooked for free for the whole day and the following day they will charge us. Later in the afternoon they informed us again that they will charge us if we have food to cook. The place has cockroaches in the toilet, so much mosquitos everywhere due to so much shrubs, the photos are too deceiving. The management staff needs proper training as they represent the business. Proper decorum and attitude should always be practiced

The pool is nice. There is no breakfast, even though they claimed it was included in the price.

The pool is the best I've ever seen. The room was noisy, right next to the kitchen.
