A very nice hotel, pleasant and visually appealing, especially thanks to its lovely colors and warm atmosphere. We also appreciated the different pools, notably a pool set up like a small beach, with sand and sun loungers, which brings a very pleasant and out‑of‑the‑ordinary vibe. A truly nice place to relax. Unfortunately, several points disappointed us. First, the check‑in was extremely long and the wait upon arrival was truly excessive. Once in the room, we found several flies and small worms in the bathroom. We asked someone to come clean, but no one came. We travel regularly and have stayed in many hotels in different countries. This is the first time we’ve encountered so many difficulties reaching the reception: every time we tried to contact them, we waited more than 10 minutes on the phone before someone answered. Finally, the main entrance of the hotel is very far from the security‑controlled entrance, which made it difficult for the Uber that came to pick us up.
