Most of the staff were pleasant, but the rooms were uncomfortable, the breakfast was very plain, and the bathroom was poorly maintained—unsealed toilet, low cold water pressure, and a leaking shower. The worst part was the nighttime noise: the owner’s wife allegedly kept the TV on all night and shouted across the first floor, which also disturbed the second floor.

The staff did not issue an invoice to the company, and the room’s air conditioning was not regulated, making it uncomfortably hot.

The heating system was broken, so we had to plug in two radiators manually, which occupied so much space that it was difficult to move and posed a burn risk. The mattresses were dirty and mold was present in the bathroom.

A very friendly girl worked at the reception, but it seemed the hotel was cutting corners on heating. Only one towel per person was provided and other small details were missing. (We stayed overnight during the peak season before Christmas.)

Чистый номер. Зима, а отопление отсутствует. Нонсенс! Но выдали отопитель и было тепло, но при въезде забыли предупредить. Стены тонкие и слышны любые звуки у соседей. ЛЮБЫЕ!!! Жидкое мыло отсутствует, мусорное ведро с напёрсток. Дождаться не мог, чтобы побыстрее съехать. Освещение в номере тусклое, не видно нифига
