“Overall, the property has a good location and potential, but the facilities need to improve”
I chose this place mainly for its spot—right on the main road and easy to spot, plus a parking lot that fits 3–4 cars. The Wi‑Fi was on, just a tad sluggish, but the rooms were tidy and the living area felt roomy and cozy. It’s close to spots like Arjuna Temple and Titik 0 Dieng, so it’s handy for sightseeing. On the downside, several key facilities were broken: the hot water didn’t work, forcing us to boil water in a kettle for showers; the sink leaked; only one stove ran, and the kitchen lacked basic utensils—no spoons, glasses, plates, or even soap. We had to bring our own toiletries, which felt off given the price. Breakfast was underwhelming, so we’d better grab something outside. The property has potential, but management needs to step up maintenance, cleanliness, and the provision of essentials.
