The quick connection with Rosie and the arrangements we managed to secure were very helpful; she is very kind and accommodating. The stairs and the difficulty of carrying luggage up are problematic, but Rosie brought people to help us.

The location is good, but the way to the apartment goes through a narrow, dark, sticky hallway, and the stairwell is so tight that I could barely fit my luggage while standing on the steps.

The apartment is very nice, the facilities are good, the shower is hot, and it’s in the heart of the old city. The location is a bit hard, which most people might like, but for me it was a little difficult.

Rosie was a fantastic hostess, arranging a taxi, a guide to interesting spots in Hanoi, and sharing her personal recommendations, even treating me to egg coffee daily. On Chinese New Year we enjoyed homemade festive dishes. We stayed for three weeks without any issues, which shows how comfortable the accommodation is. The Wi‑Fi was reliable for work, and the location was convenient. I cooked soups and scrambled eggs for dinner without any problems, and we dined at nearby local restaurants for lunch. The noise level didn’t bother me, even on New Year’s Eve; my wife used earplugs as usual. Overall, I recommend this place.
