The bed was very comfortable and the location was good.

From the reception everything was very pleasant and efficient, the bar service was also good, and the breakfast felt like home. The check‑out was perfect. I can't imagine it could be better, even though the stay was short; I still find it hard to say there was nothing missing, but more time would help.

I didn't stay because of the despotic and rude attitude of the receptionist ISAAC. The reception treatment is the worst; ISAAC should be removed, he is a terrible person.

The breakfast was very tasty. The reception service attitude could maybe improve, but everything else was excellent.
