The place was clean, good value, and quiet for a city setting, just a 10‑minute walk from the centre and near the train and bus station. However, the fridge space was insufficient, the solo room was small, and there was no TV.

I appreciated that for the same price as a hostel, I had my own room—small but perfect for me, and I slept great! The stairs were hard to navigate with a big suitcase (my oversight for not checking ahead), and a private bathroom might have been nicer, though I knew that wasn’t included.

The accommodation sits close to Belfast’s centre and is reasonably priced compared to others. I liked being able to park my bicycle in the backyard, and the room was small but clean. It felt more like a student hostel, so the shared areas were cluttered with items from other guests, and in the mornings the house smelled of food being cooked in the kitchen.

The room was cozy and the host friendly; the bathroom and kitchen were well cleaned. The downside was that floor creaks and people climbing the stairs were clearly audible from the room.

Conveniently located near Belfast city centre, the place offered full privacy and the kitchen staff were thorough and clean. The bathroom had plenty of supplies, so there was no need to bring anything extra. No complaints.
