The owner was friendly and directly handled everything, but I realized that “friendly” doesn’t mean they should heat the bath for you, and I felt uneasy not knowing when the owner would arrive. I wished the check‑in instructions were more detailed and that the operation could be a bit more business‑like. The bath floor could use a cleaner touch. It felt like staying at a relative’s house, a fairly ordinary experience.

The owner was a very nice person and took care of every little detail—thank you!

The owner was extremely kind and helpful, and I’m grateful. Seven adults stayed on one floor and had plenty of space. A bus took us to Disneyland, so next time I visit Disney I’ll definitely stay here again.

We were able to stay as a group and all the beds were usable. However, the hygiene was poor. Despite reviews saying it was clean, that wasn’t the case—stairs, corners of the room, dishes, especially the bathroom were dirty. The owner’s tone and service were also subpar.

I was satisfied. After arriving, I called the owner and they responded immediately.
