The property was horrible: the flush didn’t work, the shower didn’t work, rooms were dirty, bathrooms were awful, the bed was missing, linens weren’t changed, the AC wasn’t working properly, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. I didn’t like anything about this property; avoid staying here.

The host was perfect and the service amazing; Lavkush helped me a lot and even took me around Ujjain! The bathroom has some molts but it’s okay.

Nothing special, but the location is central. The staff and the hotel really need a good scrubbing; it feels like they built a hotel and then forgot about it, treating it like a milch cow. They provided most things but didn’t feel the need to upgrade. The door doesn’t lock from inside. There’s grime on the walls and furniture, and the bedsheets and towels are faded from repeated recycling. Water is just warm. The coffee maker was there but there were no supplies. It’s not at all like the photos on the site. Also, it is an Oyo hotel sapphire star.
