The location is perfect for Universal Studios and International Drive, the rooms are huge and comfy with every amenity, the pool area and bar are great, and Publix is within walking distance – we had a blast and would definitely return. The outside balcony furniture needs replacement, and one chair was unusable because the back was broken.

We stayed in a roomy townhouse that fit the whole family comfortably, though a few items like patio furniture and appliances didn’t match the rest of the decor, which didn’t bother us. The roadwork nearby made it hard to reach our driveway, and the facilities could use some upgrades.

The location was spot‑on and the staff responded quickly, making the unit ideal for our group. The only hiccup was that the gate code sometimes made rideshare pickups a bit tricky.

The place was spotless, ample, and close to everything we wanted, which my kids and I loved; we’re already booking it again for Easter weekend! The only thing that threw me off was that check‑out was at 11 instead of the advertised 10.
