The bed was very comfortable, but the shower hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest: thick brown soap scum covered the shower rack, hair clung to every bottle of conditioner, body wash, and shampoo, and even stuck to the tile; the soap bar the prior guest used was still on the floor, and soap‑water stains were everywhere on the glass and faucet, proving it hadn't been cleaned.

The location was inconvenient for the morning Waterfront running race.

The room was spotless and quiet, though the price was a bit high, the accommodations were nice.

The king bed was fine, but checking in took 40 minutes online, the front desk staff had no smiles, there was no restaurant available without at least an hour's wait (so we had to eat at Tim Horton), and the shower kept running nonstop.

The place was good, but it was under construction and some areas were closed.
