“Mauvais”

We were genuinely terrified about our safety. The vibe around and inside the hotel was very unsettling, and we never felt secure. From day one, the staff never even introduced the hotel or explained the available services. The reception was truly disappointing and the overall atmosphere quite gloomy. Additionally, Wi‑Fi was unavailable on the 5th floor for two days, especially after 22:00, which is totally unacceptable for a hotel. The surroundings were also very unnerving, with many people behaving in a worrying way. A very bad experience. Hotel to avoid.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was mediocre for a 4‑star hotel.

The hotel's location was excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to get around. Having a parking lot on site was a huge advantage, and the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. My room was spacious and extremely clean, and the price-quality ratio was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff, spotless and comfortable rooms, and delicious food. We felt right at home and would definitely book again.

We stayed at this hotel for business and it exceeded our expectations. The location on the main street and the enclosed parking lot were huge advantages. The staff were professional, the rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was more than sufficient.
