I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which was a definite highlight. However, the room was a letdown - it was extremely dated with peeling wallpaper, moisture spots on the wall, and a strong cigarette smell throughout. To top it off, the room was overpriced considering its condition, with dirty carpets and mold in the bathroom.

I arrived at the hotel before check-in time and was pleasantly surprised by the staff's helpfulness in checking me in early, which really helped me out. I didn't have any issues during my stay, so I'm grateful for the smooth experience.
