The staff were all lovely and very welcoming, the room was comfortable and nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed, it was in a great location, and breakfast was delicious.

Everything was cozy, but the mattresses were terrible—sleeping on them felt like a banana, yet they were half the price of other options, so I couldn’t complain.

The location was fabulous, could not have asked it to be any better, and the room included everything that we required. However, the young lady at breakfast was really unwelcoming and made us feel slightly uncomfortable; our order was wrong—very easily rectified and we weren’t bothered—but she made a snotty remark to another guest about there’s in comparison to ours, which also made that guest uncomfortable.
