The location is great. Their two restaurants are very good, and breakfast is delicious. I appreciated that everything is a la carte and served with a smile.

We were given a large, very nice room right in the middle of the Bermuda Triangle, and we could check in early. The staff were very friendly.

The room was very spacious, and as a family with the extra kids’ room it was perfect. The female staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also convenient that the parking garage was directly opposite and there were many restaurants nearby. Shopping options were also within a short walk.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, kostenloses Mineralwasser, sauberes funktionales Bad. Nur 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Hbf und Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Restaurant im Haus und mehrere in der Umgebung. Es gibt keine richtige Rezeption, das wird vom Personal im Restaurant mitgemacht. Das heißt, dass man bei verspäteter Anreise (abends nach 23 Uhr) nicht mehr garantiert in sein Zimmer kommt (und wer mit der DB anreist, weiß, wie leicht das passieren kann). Und morgens - ich musste um 6:30 abreisen), war es schwierig, meinen Zimmerschlüssel wieder abzugeben und es gab keinen Weck-Service. Auf dem Zimmer leider kein Wasserkocher
