There was no breakfast. The door lacked a safety latch. Cigarette holes burned into the sheets and tub. Roaches were present in the bathroom. The TV didn't work, and there was no Wi‑Fi. The area felt unsafe.

The towels were very old and rarely replenished. The floor was sticky with a disgusting wetness that never dried throughout the stay. The bed covers were old and uncomfortable.
