Matarma Beach Residence

“Amazing stay”

We really enjoyed our stay at Matarma Beach Residence. The suite was spotless, and housekeeping cleaned the room and refilled the shampoo, tea, and coffee every day. Everything was well taken care of. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone at the hotel was welcoming. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping the place clean, especially the swimming pool, which was cleaned and sanitized regularly. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! The only suggestions are adding more evening activities for kids and a few more green areas around the resort.

“Expert eye needed”

The staff are so kind, the place is very clean all around, and the swimming pools are very clean. Bungalows need maintenance checks; only one lifeguard at the pool is not enough for the pool area. Food quality isn’t very good, the restaurant space is a little small, and in‑room dining service is not that good—fast but lacking variety. There are no entertainment programs at all; a big schedule is received upon arrival, but nothing is held during the day or night.

“Very nice place worth staying there for sure”

The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Remon from reception and Yasser at the restaurant. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well landscaped.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Matarma Beach Residence; it’s a perfect spot for families—peaceful, relaxing, and not crowded. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The only minor issue was that, because there were few guests, the open buffet had limited variety, but it wasn’t a big deal and overall we had a great experience. Highly recommended for families!
