We asked for the room to be ready between 11 am and 12 pm because we were arriving early, but when we got there at 12 pm the room wasn’t ready and the front‑desk staff didn’t rush to make it available before 3 pm; since we’d requested an early check‑in the room should have been the first cleaned one, but the desk person was unhelpful, so we canceled our reservation in the lobby and were moved to Comfort Suites right in front of the hotel, then we headed to our planned activities before 3 pm while our room at the hotel would have been ready later.

The breakfast bar was amazing. Plenty of hot and cold choices. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are a little worn but extremely clean. We have no complaints
