We spent three wonderful nights at Pension Löwen and felt very comfortable; the newly renovated rooms are cozy and thoughtfully furnished, and the breakfast was especially delightful—small but fine, featuring tasty regional products and the highlight being the honey from the on‑site apiary, absolutely delicious! The warm atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made the stay perfect. Thank you for a lovely time – we’ll gladly return! Andrea and Thomas

The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is quite sufficient; coffee, breads, cheeses, salamis, yogurt and a fruit. The rooms are modern and very clean. We will certainly stay here on our next visit.

The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, which was a relief after a long day. But the breakfast? Barely anything to eat and the staff were almost never around. So you get a nice room but a disappointing start to the day.

Stayed in a lovely room with good beds and a view of the countryside—no hiss from the busy road at all. The bathroom had a walk‑in shower, great ventilation, and everything was super clean. We even had a shared minibar in the stairwell for drinks. The spot was perfect for the Schubertiade in nearby Schwarzenberg, and Andelsbuch felt like a charming village that blends nature and architecture without any graffiti.
