The staff were remarkably friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and the service quality surpassed what I expected; the only issue was that the mattresses were far too soft.
The hotel was very simple, clean, and the staff were friendly; it worked well for children but not for us, yet overall it was very pleasant and we liked it a lot.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, but there was a lot of little children's shouting, the shower was not suitable for overweight or wheelchair‑impaired guests, and the bathroom was overall tiny.
