“Consigliato!”

My girlfriend and I had a great week in Cariati at this place. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spotless (cleaning every other day and linen changed every four days), the morning breakfast was convenient, and the location is excellent for beach relaxation, just a few meters from the shore. Evening walks of 15 minutes take you to the Cariati Marina promenade, and a longer walk brings you to the beautiful town of Cariati; we always drove because parking is easily found under the accommodation. Highly recommended!

“Piccolo inconveniente, ma struttura top”

The property was clean and the breakfast good. We chose the place because it was listed as “Fronte spiaggia” at booking, but it wasn’t; we reported this to Booking and the owners later changed the description. Booking also told us we had used extra services (using the stove to cook for two children aged 2 and 1) and extra towels (which we didn’t request) and offered this as an apology for the booking issue. I’m not sure if it was a trick or something else, but it could have been handled differently; we only pointed out one important inaccuracy for us.

The location is good for a beach holiday, but not suitable for families with kids. The staff was kind and explained the rules politely. However, families with very young children sometimes need hot water before breakfast. It would help if the hotel could provide a clean kettle or hot water in such cases. The kettle available also needed better cleaning.

“Perfect location”

This is an awesome location just a couple blocks away from the beach. I am very happy with the value. Great price. Great customer service. He has a nice common area for people to have food, free coffee, and breakfast overall excellent. Nothing at all.

The room was clean and the host was helpful, even lending us a beach umbrella. Unfortunately the area is neglected, which makes the value proposition quite poor.
