“Nie wieder Novasol!”

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I pointed out some defects, but they were ignored until I mentioned them again. To make matters worse, there was no designated parking spot available, and I had to park over a kilometer away from the accommodation. The check-in and check-out process was chaotic, with unprofessional staff and inconsistent instructions. When I left, I put the key in the mailbox, but instead of collecting it, they called me afterwards.

I enjoyed the beautiful location of this hotel, which offered a stunning view of the Schleimündung. However, I was a bit disappointed with the amenities. The rooftop terrace was missing a beach chair, and the kitchen could have been better equipped, with a new pan and larger tea spoons. Despite these minor issues, I appreciated the pleasant surroundings.

“Super Unterkunft - Schlechter Service”

I was pleased with the accommodation, which was suitable for my family of five. The view from the rooftop terrace was lovely, especially during sunset. However, I was unhappy with the payment process. The booking description mentioned that a laundry package was included, but upon check-in, I was told I had to pay extra for it. When I contacted the travel agency, they suggested I resolve the issue with the booking platform, which ultimately didn't reimburse me for the additional fee.

I loved the houseboat, which was bright and beautifully decorated, complete with a sauna and sun deck. It had everything I needed for a relaxing holiday.

I appreciated the hotel's touristy yet appealing location, where I could park directly in front of the pier and enjoy a smooth check-in. The surroundings were peaceful, and it was a unique experience, especially with a supermarket and playground nearby. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the cutlery and dishes, which still had remnants of previous guests' meals. Given the high end-of-stay cleaning fee, I expected a cleaner space.
